Assassin - Dagger Mastery

Skill - Black Mantis ThrustBlack Mantis Thrust
If this attack hits, you strike for +8..18 damage. If target foe is suffering from a Hex, that foe is Crippled for 3..13 seconds.
Skill - Leaping Mantis StingLeaping Mantis Sting
If Mantis Sting hits, target foe takes +14..19 damage. If this attack strikes a moving foe, that foe is Crippled for 3..13 seconds.

Assassin - Deadly Arts

Skill - Crippling DaggerCrippling Dagger
Send out a Crippling Dagger at target foe. Crippling Dagger strikes for 15..51 earth damage if it hits, and Cripples moving foes for 3..13 second. This spell has half the normal range.
Skill - Mantis TouchMantis Touch
Must follow a lead attack. Target foe becomes Crippled for 3..17 seconds. This skill counts as an off-hand attack.

Assassin - Shadow Arts

Skill - CaltropsCaltrops
Target foe and all foes adjacent to your target are Crippled for 5..13 seconds. Caltrops has half the normal range.
Skill - ReturnReturn
All adjacent foes are Crippled for 3..7 seconds. Teleport to target other ally's location.

Ranger - Beast Mastery

Skill - Maiming StrikeMaiming Strike
Your animal companion attempts a Maiming Strike that deals +5..17 damage. If that attack hits a moving foe that foe becomes Crippled for 3..13 seconds.

Ranger - Marksmanship

Skill - Crippling ShotCrippling Shot
If Crippling Shot hits, your target becomes Crippled for 1..7 seconds. This attack cannot be "blocked" or "evaded".
Skill - Pin DownPin Down
If Pin Down hits, your target is Crippled for 3..13 seconds.

Ranger - Wilderness Survival

Skill - Barbed TrapBarbed Trap
When Barbed Trap is triggered, all nearby foes take 20..56 piercing damage, become Crippled, and begin Bleeding for 3..21 seconds. Barbed Trap ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted.
Skill - SnareSnare
When Snare is triggered, all nearby foes become Crippled for 3..13 seconds. Snare ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted.
Skill - Spike TrapSpike Trap
When Spike Trap is triggered, all foes in the area take 10..56 piercing damage, become Crippled for 3..13 seconds and are knocked down. Spike Trap ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted.

Warrior - Axe Mastery

Skill - Axe RakeAxe Rake
If this attack hits a foe suffering from a Deep Wound, you strike for +1..8 damage, and that foe becomes Crippled for 15 seconds.

Warrior - Swordsmanship

Skill - HamstringHamstring
If this attack hits, your target is Crippled for 3..13 seconds, slowing his movement.

Warrior - Tactics

Skill - Desperation BlowDesperation Blow
If this attack hits, you strike for +10..34 damage, and your target suffers from one of the following conditions: Deep Wound (for 20 seconds), Weakness (for 20 seconds), Bleeding (for 25 seconds), or Crippled (for 15 seconds). After making a Desperation Blow, you are knocked down.
Skill - Drunken BlowDrunken Blow
If this attack hits, you strike for +10..34 damage, and your target suffers from one of the following conditions: Deep Wound (for 20 seconds), Weakness (for 20 seconds), Bleeding (for 25 seconds), or Crippled (for 15 seconds). After making a Drunken Blow, you are knocked down.

Mesmer - Illusion Magic

For 5..10 seconds you are no longer Crippled, and you move 33% faster. When Illusion of Haste ends, you become Crippled for 15 seconds.

Monk - Divine Favor

Lose all Enchantments. For each one lost, you gain 6..65 Health, lose one Hex, and lose one Condition.

Transfer all Conditions and their remaining durations from your party members to you.
Skill - Purge ConditionsPurge Conditions
Remove all Conditions (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, and Deep Wound) from target ally.
Skill - Purge SignetPurge Signet
Remove all Hexes and Conditions from target ally. You lose 10 Energy for each Hex and each Condition removed.

Monk - Protection Prayers

Skill - Draw ConditionsDraw Conditions
All negative Conditions are transferred from target other ally to yourself. For each Condition acquired, you gain 6..22 Health.
Skill - Mend AilmentMend Ailment
Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, or Deep Wound) from target ally. That ally is healed for 5..57 points for each remaining Condition.
Skill - Mend ConditionMend Condition
Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, or Deep Wound) from target other ally. If a Condition is removed, that ally is healed for 5..57 points.
Skill - Restore ConditionRestore Condition
Remove all Conditions (Poison, disease, Blindness, dazed, bleed, Crippled, and Deep Wound) from target other ally. That ally is healed 10..58 for each Condition removed.

Necromancer - Curses

Transfer all negative Conditions and their remaining durations from yourself to target foe. This is an elite skill. (50% failure chance with Curses 4 or less.)

Necromancer - Death Magic

Skill - Infuse ConditionInfuse Condition
For 15..51 seconds, whenever you receive a Condition, that Condition is transferred to your closest minion instead.
Skill - Verata's SacrificeVerata's Sacrifice
Sacrifice 15% max Health. For 5..9 seconds, all of your undead allies gain +10 Health regeneration. All Conditions are removed from those allies and transferred to you. This Spell instantly recharges if you control 3 or fewer minions.

Necromancer - Necromancer Other

Skill - Plague TouchPlague Touch
Transfer a negative Condition and its remaining duration from yourself to target touched foe.
