Location :	Skill Inspired Hex can be found at: [Skill Trainer] Dakk in Outpost Ember Light Camp. [Skill Trainer] First Watch Sergio in Major Town Lion's Arch. [Quest] The Deserters in Outpost Beacon's Perch.
