Elementalist - Earth Magic

Skill - EarthquakeEarthquake
You invoke an Earthquake at target foe's location. All foes near this location are knocked down and are struck for 26..85 earth damage. This Spell causes Exhaustion. Duplicate: Dragon's Stomp, Factions.
Skill - Obsidian FlameObsidian Flame
Deal 22..94 damage to target foe. This Spell ignores armor but causes Exhaustion.

Elementalist - Fire Magic

Skill - Fire AttunementFire Attunement
For 36..55 seconds, you are attuned to Fire. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Fire Magic.
Skill - Flame BurstFlame Burst
All nearby foes are struck for 15..99 fire damage.
Skill - Incendiary BondsIncendiary Bonds
After 3 seconds, target foe and all nearby foes are struck for 20..68 fire damage and are set on fire for 1..3 second(s).

Elementalist - Water Magic

Skill - Deep FreezeDeep Freeze
You cause a Deep Freeze at target foe's location. All foes in this location are struck for 10..70 cold damage, and for 10 seconds, they move 66% slower.
Skill - Swirling AuraSwirling Aura
For 8..18 seconds, Swirling Aura has a 50% chance to block projectiles.

Mesmer - Domination Magic

Skill - BlackoutBlackout
For 2..5 seconds, all of touched target foe's skills are disabled, and all of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds.
Skill - GuiltGuilt
For 6 seconds, if target foe casts a Spell that targets a foe, the Spell fails and you steal up to 5..12 Energy from that foe.
Skill - Mind WrackMind Wrack
For 20 seconds, the next time target foe's Energy drops to 0, that foe takes 15..75 damage.

Mesmer - Illusion Magic

Skill - Arcane ConundrumArcane Conundrum
For 5..13 seconds, Spells cast by target foe take twice as long to cast.

Mesmer - Inspiration Magic

Skill - Elemental ResistanceElemental Resistance
For 30..78 seconds, You gain +40 armor against elemental damage, but you lose 24..14 armor against physical damage.
Skill - Ether LordEther Lord
You lose all Energy. For 5..9 seconds, target foe suffers -1..3 Energy degeneration, and you experience +1..3 Energy regeneration.
Skill - Mantra of EarthMantra of Earth
For 30..78 seconds, whenever you take earth damage, the damage is reduced by 26..45% and you gain 2 Energy.

Skill - VengeanceVengeance
Bring target dead party member back to life at full Health and full Energy. For 30 seconds, that party member deals 15% more damage. When this Enchantment ends, target party member dies. Deaths while under the effects of this Enchantment do not incur a death penalty.

Monk - Protection Prayers

Skill - Mend AilmentMend Ailment
Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, Burning, Weakness, or Deep Wound) from target ally. For each remaining Condition, that ally is healed for 5..57 Health.
Skill - Mend ConditionMend Condition
Remove one Condition (Poison, Disease, Blindness, Dazed, Bleeding, Crippled, Burning, Weakness, or Deep Wound) from target other ally. If a Condition is removed, that ally is healed for 5..57 Health.

Monk - Smiting Prayers

Skill - Balthazar's AuraBalthazar's Aura
For 8 seconds, foes adjacent to target ally take 10..22 holy damage each second.
Skill - Scourge HealingScourge Healing
For 30 seconds, every time target foe is healed, the healer takes 15..67 holy damage.
Skill - Zealot's FireZealot's Fire
For 60 seconds, whenever you use a Skill that targets an ally, all foes adjacent to that target are struck for 5..29 fire damage and you lose 1 Energy.

Necromancer - Blood Magic

Skill - Demonic FleshDemonic Flesh
Sacrifice 20% maximum Health. For 30..54 seconds, your maximum Health is increased by 80..176.
Skill - Signet of AgonySignet of Agony
Sacrifice 10% maximum Health and suffer from Bleeding for 25 seconds. All nearby foes take 10..37 damage.

Necromancer - Curses

Skill - ChilblainsChilblains
You become Poisoned for 10 seconds. Foes in the area are struck for 10..37 cold damage and lose 1..2 Enchantment(s).
Skill - MalaiseMalaise
For 5..29 seconds, target foe suffers -1 Energy degeneration and you suffer -2 Health degeneration. If target foe's Energy reaches 0, that foe takes 5..41 damage and Malaise ends.
Skill - Price of FailurePrice of Failure
For 30 seconds, target foe has a 25% chance to miss with attacks and takes 15..39 damage whenever that foe fails to hit in combat.

Necromancer - Death Magic

Skill - Animate Bone FiendAnimate Bone Fiend
Exploit nearest corpse to animate a level 1..14 bone fiend. Bone fiends can attack at range.
Skill - Animate Bone MinionsAnimate Bone Minions
Exploit nearest corpse to animate 2 level 0..0 bone minions.
Skill - Well of the ProfaneWell of the Profane
Exploit nearest corpse to create a Well of the Profane at its location. For 8..18 seconds, foes in that area are stripped of all Enchantments and cannot be the target of further Enchantments. (50% failure chance with Death Magic 4 or less.)

Ranger - Beast Mastery

Skill - Edge of ExtinctionEdge of Extinction
Create a level 1..8 Spirit. If a non-Spirit creature within range dies, Edge of Extinction deals 14..43 damage to all creatures of the same type that are below 90% Health and within range of the Spirit. This Spirit dies after 30..126 seconds.
Skill - Tiger's FuryTiger's Fury
All your non-attack skills are disabled for 5 seconds. For 5..10 seconds, you attack 25% faster. Duplicate: Bestial Fury, Factions.

Ranger - Marksmanship

Skill - Concussion ShotConcussion Shot
If Concussion Shot hits while target foe is casting a Spell, the Spell is interrupted and your target is Dazed for 5..17 seconds. This attack deals only 1..13 damage.
Skill - Precision ShotPrecision Shot
If Precision Shot hits, you strike for +10..22 damage. Precision Shot cannot be blocked. This action is easily interrupted.

Ranger - Wilderness Survival

Skill - Choking GasChoking Gas
For 1..10 second(s), your arrows deal 1..7 more damage and spread Choking Gas to all adjacent foes on impact. Choking Gas interrupts foes attempting to cast Spells.
Skill - Dust TrapDust Trap
When Dust Trap is triggered, every second (for 5 seconds total), all nearby foes are Blinded for 3..7 seconds and take 10..22 damage. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted. Dust Trap ends after 90 seconds.
Skill - Flame TrapFlame Trap
When Flame Trap is triggered, every second (for 3 seconds total), all nearby foes are struck for 5..10 fire damage and set on fire for 1..3 second(s). Flame Trap ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted.
Skill - WinnowingWinnowing
Create a level 1..8 Spirit. Non-Spirit creatures within range take 4 additional damage whenever they take physical damage. This Spirit dies after 30..126 seconds.

Warrior - Strength

Skill - Bull's StrikeBull's Strike
If this attack hits a moving foe, you strike for +5..25 damage, and your target is knocked down.
Skill - Shield BashShield Bash
For 5..10 seconds, while wielding a shield, the next attack skill used against you is blocked. If it was a melee skill, your attacker is knocked down and that skill is disabled for an additional 15 seconds.

Warrior - Swordsmanship

Skill - Savage SlashSavage Slash
If this attack hits, it interrupts target foe's action. If that action was a Spell, you deal +1..32 extra damage.

Warrior - Tactics

Skill - "Fear Me!"
All nearby foes lose 1..3 Energy.
Skill - "Shields Up!"
For 5..10 seconds, you and all party members within earshot gain 24 armor against piercing damage and 50% chance to block incoming projectile attacks.
Skill - "To The Limit!"
For each foe within earshot (maximum 1..5), you gain 1 strike of adrenaline.
Skill - Balanced StanceBalanced Stance
For 8..18 seconds, you cannot be knocked down and you do not suffer extra damage from a critical attack.
Skill - Defensive StanceDefensive Stance
For 1..7 seconds, you have +24 armor and you have a 75% chance to block melee attacks and arrows. Defensive Stance ends if you use a skill.
